Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHOD
We offer free shipping. No Taxes for any order.Offer drop off (FedEx ground) or UPS shipping to all 48 continental U.S. States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, P.O.Box, APO, FPO and U.S. protectorates).
We ship your items to the front door of your house or ground floor of your apartment/office building. Your shipping confirmation will provide details for your specific carrier. Please note: special requests beyond ground delivery may incur a fee, such as ferry transportation fees.
SHIPPING TIME
Most products ship within 1-2 business days. Unless otherwise noted in the product description, in-stock items are delivered within 5 to 7 business days of your order.
The address can be changed within 24 hours of your order. However we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we ship your orders. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your shipping address. Shipping fees may apply for address changes made after an order is already in transit.
If the order is delayed, please feel free to contact us, we will check the reason for the delay and inform you in time. Please also take into account delays caused by logistics company and weather disruptions.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that the shipping address will be take from PayPal record (PayPal checkout model).If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
All undeliverable orders will be returned to our fulfillment center and restocked due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the carrier. To reschedule delivery to the correct shipping address, we will contact you to arrange the next available delivery at the carrier's expense.
NOTIFICATIONS
You will also receive an email with your tracking information when your order ships, allowing you to keep tabs on your items’ estimated arrival. Evening and weekend delivery is not available.
